Shipping Policy
At EGNOVA, every order is carefully processed and prepared to ensure the highest possible quality. Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom-produced, processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, and destination.
Order Processing Times
Most standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is successfully received. Bulk or high-volume orders may require approximately 7–15 business days for production and preparation before shipment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, shipping method selected at checkout, customs processing, and carrier operations. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided, EGNOVA cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout. EGNOVA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at egnova7@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in reviewing the issue with the shipping carrier. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, EGNOVA is not responsible for stolen or missing packages delivered to the correct address.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled while they are still in processing or “In Review” status. Once production or fulfillment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or customer-requested changes. EGNOVA reserves the right to determine whether a delay qualifies for compensation or resolution.
